Boys Soccer Season Update
After the first 12 games of the season, Titan soccer is red hot. With a current record of 10-1-1 and a conference record of 6-0, T.C. is rolling into the final three games of the season on a positive note. After 1-0, 3-0, and 4-2 wins versus Mt. Vernon, West Potomac, and Hayfield, respectively, the Titans are confident heading into the final stretch of the season before playoffs begin.

Courtney Holford Tosses the Competition
On February 23, at Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton, Virginia, Senior Courtney Holford won the Virginia High School League 6A State Championships in Female Shot Put.

Farewell, Bryce!
In 2012, Bryce Harper was the “star phenom” the Nationals thought they needed to bring a championship home to D.C. Although they did not accomplish this feat during Harper’s time in D.C., he became a symbol for the Nats-representing them with several trips to the All Star Game, winning an MVP Award in 2015, and his 2012 Rookie of the Year Award.

March Madness: Special Olympics Style
The NCAA March Madness is not the only tournament that happened last month. T.C. hosted 18 teams from across Northern Virginia for an end of the season Special Olympics basketball tournament.

A Battle to the End: TC Williams Loss to Washington-Lee in CHSL Championship
“I think our guys battled really hard, it just didn’t go our way this time,” said Mike Grainger, Assistant Coach of the Varsity Hockey Club. On March 2, T.C. students made the journey from Alexandria to Woodbridge to watch the T.C. hockey team defend their championship title to Washington-Lee in the Capital Scholastic Hockey League (CSHL) Championship.
