ACPS 2025 Strategic Plan Draft Timeline

This spring, ACPS will begin a process to formulate a new strategic plan for 2020-25. A strategic plan is a roadmap for the work of the division and sets out the priorities for the division going forward. It serves as the guidepost for all plans including school improvement plans, department plans and individual professional development plans. The existing strategic plan will serve as the foundation for building a plan with the focus on equity. An outline of the guiding principles, a summary of future activities and a timeline leading to the implementation of the plan will go into effect July 1, 2020.
