TC Expands Again

Garage to Undergo Renovations; School Will Close in April

TC Williams High School contains over 3,000 students. Even with a huge campus,  there are still bumps and pushing in the halls and stairs, almost to a point where students start to leave class early to get to their next class on time. Well, are they actually going to class or are they tricking the security guards and hoping they won’t chase them home? The overcrowding has led a much-needed expansion of the school. No more ugly trailers or people saying, “Imagine if this was a real fire we’d all die because the stairs are so packed and it’s so slow!”

A new addition to the high school campus will be constructed soon. The addition will involve a substantial renovation of the garage but its original structure will maintain the same. There will also be new features taking away those hideous fences on the sides and filling them in with concrete, dividers between classrooms, block-shaped classes, and a roof and walls on the top garage as the second floor. Local community groups in Alexandria and other high schools have decided to donate desks, whiteboards, Smart boards, and other materials needed for education.

“Those darn children are taking up all the space in their huge main building,” said Bishop Ireton Principal Kathleen McNutt. “Not even separating ninth-graders into Minnie Howard is enough. So when they asked us to donate anything, we thought, well we’re a rich school, why not spare some items?”

President of the United States Tyler the Creator and Vice President Jaden Smith sat down at an interview with the Theogony to discuss the capacity limits and budgets for public schools. Now students will be able to have new chairs and desks to sit on but what will happen to the parking spaces? Where will students and staff park their cars? There won’t be any student parking, so students can just continue to park at Bradlee or at the Safeway.

As for staff parking, the football stadium will be split in half and the other half of the space will be cleared out for a parking lot. Football players and supporters raged about this. No new parking spaces means no classes. Strikes and petition broke out over maintaining the field for sports or space for more classrooms for students.

The new building’s official title will be “The Herman Boone Hall” as a memorial of a well known Titan coach. TC’s new building will not only be filled with students but will also have a new staff including actors from Despicable Me and all the Minions. Baby Yoda from The Mandalorian will become a counselor.
