These are some of the top players to watch in fantasy basketball this season:
 1.Jerian Grant, Chicago Bulls
Grant is a starting NBA point guard averaging 30.2 minutes and nearly
12 shots per game. With the Bulls applying a faster pace, he increases
opportunities in transition. Grant could be a source of assists and steals
atop a thin backcourt.
2.Dejounte Murray, San Antonio Spurs
With the Spurs thin backcourt depth, Murray should earn steady minutes
while supplying plus rates in steals, assists, and rebounds.
3.Kelly Olynyk, Miami Heat
Olynyk doesn’t stand out in any one statistic, but can provide very
helpful rates among scarcer categories in fantasy. He also has a respectable
defensive rating.
4.Joe Ingles, Utah Jazz
Ingles was one of the best three-point shooters in the league last year
and that means more shots for him. Ingles is also good at running the
floor and the Jazz offense has been quicker with Ricky Rubio heading the charge.
Having Rubio running the show only helps Ingles’s cause. Averaging
well over 30 minutes, Ingles also helps in nearly every category
except for blocks.
5.Lauri Markkanen, Chicago Bulls
With Nikola Mirotic hurt and Bobby Portis suspended, this unique stretch
big has been gifted a ton of opportunity to produce for a young Bulls
roster. Averaging well over 30 minutes, he has amazing rebounding and
shooting rates.
