For the second consecutive summer, the Department of Curriculum and Instruction will offer Summer Content Academies — professional learning classes for ACPS teachers K-12 — beginning June 25 through August 25.
The ACPS Summer Content Academies are a series of rich and engaging professional learning workshops on best practices in instruction, differentiated by content area.
Course offerings will provide teachers with the knowledge, skills and materials to meet the needs of our diverse student populations including Special Education, Talented and Gifted, and English Language Learners. All courses are aligned to the goals outlined in the ACPS 2020 Strategic Plan and provide participants with tools to ensure Every Student Succeeds.
