As previously mentioned in Insider, the Department of Curriculum and Instruction is working on revisions to the curriculum based on the recent curriculum review. Teachers will have multiple opportunities to contribute to these revisions through collaborative content-based meetings, summer curriculum writing institutes and the development of a bank of lesson-planning resources for specific curriculum units.
We are seeking teachers to contribute to the written curriculum by submitting lessons plans and instructional resources and by making modifications and enhancements to current curriculum materials.
