The ACPS Office of Employee Engagement and Relations is excited to announce that we will be offering online compliance training through Vector Solutions, Inc. Vector Solutions will assist ACPS employees with meeting training requirements that are mandated by legislation, regulation, and Board policy. Examples of annual compliance training includes: sexual harassment, workplace safety and the employee handbook.
This new tool will not only allow ACPS to comply with compliance mandates, but it will also provide a full curriculum for staff members that would like to develop and refresh their skills in specific job-content areas. During the week of September 20, 2021, employees will receive an email with their credentials to access their assigned training. Vector Solutions will replace the previous training platform administered through the Virginia Risk Sharing Association (VRSA).
