The ACPS Procurement Office has implemented a new process that enables eligible staff to securely sign procurement-related documents electronically from any device.

The new interface, eSignLive, provides a more efficient and customer-friendly way to move through the procurement process. It will reduce the length of time needed to execute agreements and contracts, reduce errors and costs through the automated workflow, and will enable greater consistency in enforcing business rules throughout the execution process.

If you are in a position where you must sign off on agreements or contracts, when your signature is needed, you should receive an email from Alexandria City Public Schools with an email address of ACPSeSign@acps.k12.va.us. This is an official request for your signature or to include you as a reviewer of a document within our system.

If you have an agreement requiring the signature of Director of Procurement Sharon Lewis, it can be forwarded to her via email for completion in the eSignLive interface.

This new process is designed to streamline the procurement process and ensure that the Procurement Office controls signing authority for the division.
