Improvements to Contract Renewal and Salary Notification Process Underway

The Human Resources department is in the process of implementing new software that will improve the way contracts and salary notification letters are issued. Instead of issuing paper copies, as has been done in the past, contracts and salary notification letters will be sent electronically to staff for signature. 

The new program, Records, is an add-on module to the existing TalentEd system, so licensed staff will be able to use the same login information established for the TalentEd evaluation system, Perform.

The implementation of the new process will be staggered. The new electronic distribution system will go into effect in the coming weeks for licensed staff only and will expand to all employees in the next fiscal year.

This means that for this year, licensed staff will receive contracts and salary notification letters electronically for signature. Support and administrative staff will receive paper copies this year and will transition to the new electronic system next year.  Additional details will be sent via email soon.
