ACPS purchased Blackboard as our first learning management system (LMS) in 2005. Since that time, the number of platforms available has expanded drastically, so ACPS has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to determine which LMS is the best option for ACPS moving forward.
We are seeking volunteers to serve on our RFP committee, which will consist of three teachers, three principals, curriculum integration specialists and technology services staff. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please review additional information and apply online by Tuesday, November 29.
The committee kickoff meeting will be held on Friday, December 2 at 3:30 p.m. at George Washington Middle School.
Additionally, there will be opportunities for all employees and students to provide feedback to the committee prior to the selection of an LMS.
