Fall is a season of gorgeous views, new styles, cool temperatures, and fun events. As the season comes to a close there are still many seasonal treats to make, fashionable trends to follow, and activities to partake in.

Fall brings a variety of tasty treats exclusive to the season. Some of the delicious recipes to make include caramel apple cupcakes, caramel stuffed cookies, pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookies, maple butter blondies and apple cinnamon donuts. All of these recipes can be found on pinterest.

Another classic scent of Fall is candles. Some of the favorite scents of 2017 include Pumpkin Pie from Pure Integrity Candles, Leaves from White Barn Candles, Autumn Day from Bath and Body Works, and Country Store from McCall’s Candles. Along with the warm seasonal fall aroma, decoration is an essential to complete the cozy feeling of the season. Some simple ideas include adding pumpkins, fall foliage, pinecones, and autumn colored table cloths.

As cooler temperatures are approaching, it is time to put away the summer attire and bring out the trending fall style. Uggs, riding boots, knee-high boots and ankle boots are back in season along with knit sweaters, scarves, and denim. Vests are an essential in autumn and can be worn over a flannel to keep comfortable in the chilly weather. If none of these styles work for you, throw on any red attire because it is the trending color of fall in 2017.

While the leaves are still changing, some fun activities include apple picking, hiking through Great Falls, and taking a scenic drive through the Shenandoah Mountains.

Tickets are already on sale for events in the upcoming months of fall and winter. These include Lil Uzi Vert at the Anthem on Friday December 15, 2017, Hot 99.5’s Jingle Ball at Capital One Arena on December 11, 2017, Bruno Mars at the MGM National Harbor on December 20 and 21, 2017, Shakira at the Capital One Arena on January 16, 2018, Lana Del Rey at the Capital One Arena on January 25, 2017, and Disney on Ice at the Capital One Arena on February 15, 2018.
