Alexandria City Public Schools, in collaboration with the Arlington, Falls Church City, Loudoun, and Fairfax school divisions, is hosting a virtual panel discussion at 7:30 p.m. on March 28, to address the topic of inclusive history in coordination with local and national organizations. An inclusive history benefits all students by providing opportunities to appreciate the complexity of the past, while encouraging them to think critically and expansively about possibilities for change in the future and discover the roles they can play in achieving an inclusive and respectful society. The format of the event will include a 60-minute panel discussion between students and teachers from Northern Virginia public school divisions. Register online to participate in this event.
