Calendar Reminder: Teacher Work Day Jan. 28
A Teacher Work Day (TWD) is scheduled for Fri., Jan. 28, for all Alexandria City Public Schools operating on the 2021-22 Traditional Academic Calendar. For these schools, teachers will report to work and students will have the day off.
Samuel W. Tucker Elementary School follows the 2021-22 Modified Academic Calendar and had its TWD scheduled earlier in January.
ACHS STEM Academy Cohort Information Session
Families of rising ninth-grade students are invited to attend a one-hour webinar on Tuesday, Jan. 25, to learn more about the STEM Academy, a student-centered, inquiry-based program for students interested in STEM topics.
