Student Services Professional Development Webinars
The ACPS Leadership Team will be hosting a series of webinars focused around a variety of student support topics: Trauma Informed Care and Addressing Self-Injurious Behavior. These web-based training programs are intended to meet our growing student population’s social and emotional needs. This series of training programs is open to the entire SST (School Social Workers, School Counselors, School Psychologist, School Nurses and ACPS Interns). Trainings will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Friday of the month. We encourage you to register for trainings as soon as possible as there are only 25 spaces available on a first-come-first-serve basis for each webinar. Webinars will be held at Central Office in room # 510-1. A minimum of 10 participants is required. #14489
Educator’s Round Table Discussions
Join colleagues to read and discuss articles related to current topics in equity and culturally responsive teaching. No preparation is required. Just enjoy reflective professional conversations with colleagues. Recertification points are available when you register in PLMS. Come to one. Come to all. Come with a colleague! #14583
