Let Your Voice Be Heard in the ACPS Staff Survey of Administrators

Multi Ethnic People Holding The Word Feedback
- News and Announcements

ACPS wants to hear from you! In keeping with ACPS 2020 Strategic Plan Goal #3: An Exemplary Staff, ACPS is collecting feedback about the leadership in our schools and at Central Office.

ACPS is once again administering the leadership survey for administrators as part of the Administrator Growth and Assessment System. The anonymous survey provides staff an opportunity to voice their perceptions of ACPS leadership.

The confidential survey will be available online for every employee to access beginning February 1 and ending February 15. Staff will receive a letter at their primary work location with an access token for the district-wide web-based survey. To ensure confidentiality each letter contains a unique, single-use access code for each staff member. The code is not connected to any personal identifiers or the feedback submitted.

The confidential feedback obtained in the survey will be shared with the administrator and will be used as a self-reflection tool to determine areas of professional growth and development.

The survey should take about 15 to 25 minutes to complete. If you choose to participate, please answer all questions.

If you need assistance to complete the survey, including access to a paper survey, have feedback about how the survey is being conducted or would like to provide any additional information you were unable to include in the survey, please contact Director of Employee Relations Sandra Hardeman at sandra.hardeman@acps.k12.va.us for assistance.
