In keeping with our new wellness initiative, ACPS Finding Fit, and as part of our commitment staff wellness as outlined in the ACPS 2020 Strategic Plan, ACPS is offering a free Flu Shot Clinic at our individual schools, the Bus Barn, Chance for Change and at Central Office. Shots are available on a first come, first serve basis. No appointment is needed. At school locations, see your school nurse.

Again, no appointment required. Just bring this completed Vaccine Administration Record with you to the clinic.
