Some students are experiencing their Google Chrome browser window closing unexpectedly while using their ACPS tablet. This can happen while using a number of ACPS learning tools. This is most likely due to an update that needs to download from Google Chrome. This update should download automatically when the tablet is turned on and connected to the internet for an extended period of time.
If your ACPS tablet closes unexpectedly while using the Chrome browser:
- Leave your tablet turned on and connected to the internet for an extended period of time (or overnight) to allow the update to take place.
- Close the Chrome browser and restart. You can do this by clicking the three bars on the tablet homepage. Video directions are included below.
