As part of our commitment to employee health and wellness<\/a>, ACPS offers free access to an employee assistance program (EAP) through which employees can get confidential solutions to life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n

\"Employee<\/a>For some, the winter holidays can be a time of great joy and celebration \u2014 spending time with family, embracing annual traditions, attending gatherings and giving to others. However, things that bring tremendous joy to some can be a source of stress or sadness for others.<\/p>\n

For some, the holidays can bring feelings of loneliness or loss. Or they can serve as a reminder of what they don\u2019t have or can\u2019t afford. For others they bring a sense of overwhelm.<\/p>\n
