To enroll in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account or a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account you must enroll online through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/ESS\">Employee Self-Service (ESS)<\/a>\u00a0or submit a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/cms\/lib\/VA01918616\/Centricity\/Domain\/804\/benefits\/enrollment-form-fy-2018.pdf\">paper enrollment form (PDF)<\/a>\u00a0to Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If You Have No Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No actions are required if you have no changes in your health insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Open enrollment ends at 4:30 p.m. on\u00a0Thursday, May 31.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just two days left to enroll in or make changes to your benefits as part of open enrollment.
