Staff can now take advantage of the online payment system used by our families, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolcafe.com\/\">SchoolCaf\u00e9<\/a>, which enables students to pay for their lunches through an online account.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not yet have a school meal account, you must first create one before you can create a SchoolCaf\u00e9 account.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Create a School Meal Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To create a school meal account, email the following to School Nutrition Services at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:food@acps.k12.va.us\">food@acps.k12.va.us<\/a>\u00a0or supply to the cafeteria manager:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete name<\/li>\n<li>Phone Number<\/li>\n<li>Location (ie: Jefferson-Houston, T.C. King Street Campus, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Provide a six-digit ID number beginning with a 9 (ie: 911111). Or you can use your debit or credit card at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolcafe.com\"><strong><u>www.schoolcafe.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Frequently Asked Questions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>How do I add money or make a payment to my account?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can continue to pay by cash\/check or you can add money through SchoolCaf\u00e9. Follow the steps in Make a Payment in this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acpsk12.org\/staff\/wp-content\/uploads\/Schoolcafe-Registration-Instructions-Staff.pdf\">guide (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>I made an online payment. When can I use the payment?<\/strong><br \/>\nYour cafeteria account at the school will be credited within 24 hours but may become available as quickly as 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Is there a fee or service charge for making online payments?<\/strong><br \/>\nA convenience fee may be charged for each online payment transaction. For example, if you make a $20.00 payment and the convenience fee is $1.00, the total debited from your credit card is $21.00. The available funds will be $20.00. Convenience fee amounts vary by school district.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can I receive notification when my account balance is low?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes!
