Participants also receive instruction in restraint positions, transport techniques and team strategies.\u00a0<strong>#14346\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Virginia Alternate Assessment Program<em> (<\/em>VAAP) Scoring Event<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">This is a professional development opportunity for instructors who are preparing\u00a0Virginia Alternate Assessment Program (VAAP) Collections of Evidence (COEs) for the current year. Participants will apply and deepen their understanding of the Aligned Standards of Learning (ASOLs) by working with a peer to the COEs of other peers. Open only to select special education instructional staff.\u00a0<strong>#14228\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Educator&#8217;s Round Table Discussions<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">Join colleagues to read and discuss articles related to current topics in equity and culturally responsive teaching. No preparation is required. Just enjoy reflective professional conversations with colleagues.
