Would you like to have a say in the naming of the West End Elementary School?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The School Board\u2019s West End Elementary School Naming Committee is now seeking recommendations for names for the new school at 1701 N. Beauregard Street.<\/p>\n

This is the first time in 17 years Alexandria City has had the opportunity to name a new school. We hope students, families and community members will participate in this process by sending recommendations now through January 3, 2018.<\/p>\n

Per School Board policy, the Committee will present at least three recommendations to the Board in early February 2018 for its consideration and approval. The final selection of a name for the new school is the responsibility of the School Board.<\/p>\n

Recommendations may include:<\/p>\n
