Asking questions and sharing feedback are signs of engaged families and staff and great schools! Many questions or issues involving a specific student can be resolved by contacting your child\u2019s teacher, school support staff or the front office. Some concerns and questions are about division-wide policies or issues, and may be part of online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). There are a variety of ways you can connect with ACPS to share your comments, get information or ask a question.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ask ACPS<\/span><\/h2>\n

To share a concern or comment with ACPS leadership or to ask a question about division-wide issues, community members can write to <\/span>ask@acps.k12.va.us<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAsk ACPS\u201d<\/span><\/a> is part of a new system to make it easier for families to submit questions and comments and get a timely response.<\/span> Please keep in mind that the <\/span>ask@acps.k12.va.us<\/span><\/a> email is not for school-specific questions or communications concerning your student. No confidential student information should be sent to this email address. Please continue to contact your child\u2019s teacher or front office staff for issues related to a specific school and your student.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ACPS Helpline<\/span><\/h2>\n

The ACPS Helpline is still in place and ready to assist families! Parent liaisons and outreach assistants continue to help families in need of assistance through the ACPS Helpline. Families can text or call the Helpline, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n
