Schools are holding a series of open houses this spring for families of rising kindergarteners. New families can tour prospective schools at the times listed below.<\/p>\n

Kindergarten registration for the 2019-20 school year begins on Wednesday, April 3 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at all elementary schools<\/strong>. Registration forms can be completed online starting April 3. Alternatively, kindergarten registration packets can be picked up at elementary schools or downloaded from the ACPS website in late March. After April 3, all registration has to be completed in person at the school between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on normal school days.<\/p>\n

George Mason Elementary School<\/strong><\/a>
\nWednesday, April 24 from 1:00 to 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

Jefferson-Houston School<\/strong><\/a>
\nThursday, April 11 from 9 to 10 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

Lyles-Crouch Traditional Academy<\/strong><\/a>
\nKindergarten tours take place the second Tuesday of every month at 8:30 a.m. Please call 703-706-4430 to sign up.<\/p>\n
