Only employees who satisfactorily establish medical or religious exemptions by law may participate in weekly COVID-19 testing in lieu of being vaccinated. Documentation of such testing must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources on a weekly basis. Employees who fail to provide the necessary documentation by Nov. 15, 2021 may be required to take leave without pay or may be separated from service. The policy was approved by the School Board at its Sept. 23 meeting by a unanimous vote of 8-0 (with one member absent).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACPS staff can register for a COVID-19 vaccination at any of the following Alexandria Health Department clinics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vaccination Clinics, Oct. 15:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minnie Howard Clinic, 9:30-11:00 a.m. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/achsmh1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Register online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">George Washington Middle School 9:30-11:00 a.m. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/acpsgw1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Register online<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Francis C.
