Do you know someone on the ACPS team who deserves to be recognized for making a difference? ACPS wants to honor employees who stand out for their dedication and achievement, and throughout the year we will highlight a certain category among our employees. Nominations may be submitted by any group or individual employed within our school division. Each employee or group may only nominate one individual per cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who Can Be Nominated and When in 2021-2022:<\/span><\/h2>\n

October: Transportation, Nutrition Services and Building Engineers <\/b>
\n<\/b>This includes transportation staff, maintenance\/building engineers, custodial staff and nutrition services employees.
\n<\/span>Nominations are due Oct. 22!<\/span>
\n<\/span>Winners announced the week of Nov. 1, 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

December: Licensed Specialists
\n<\/b>This includes psychologists, diagnosticians, therapists, social workers, counselors, nurses, athletic trainers and technology integrations specialists.
\n<\/span>Nominations due Dec. 15.
\n<\/span>Winners announced the first week of January 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

February: Support Staff
\n<\/b>This includes Central Office support, as well as building-level support staff, including administrative assistants, instructional assistants, ACPS monitors, and school security officers.
\n<\/span>Nominations due Feb. 15, 2022.
\n<\/span>Winners announced the week of Feb. 28, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

April: Leadership
\n<\/b>This includes all Central Office and building-level administrators.
\n<\/span>Nominations due April 8, 2022.
\n<\/span>Winners announced the week of April 25, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Download and post the <\/span>VIP Award Flier (PDF)<\/span><\/a> at your school or worksite and encourage staff to nominate their colleagues!<\/span><\/p>\n
