Due to the current surge of COVID-19 cases, this is a necessary added measure to prevent further spread of the virus. This requirement will remain in effect pending any future Board review.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To help us plan for this new protocol, we ask all staff to complete a brief questionnaire about your vaccination status by <\/span><b>Monday, August 23, 2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
