It may be the first day of Spring Break, but for any teachers who are not planning to travel over the course of the week, there is compensation in the way of free books!<\/p>\n
The Friends of the Beatley Central Library are offering teachers the chance to pick up free books for their classroom following their annual library sale as a way to say \u2018thank you\u2019 for the work you do with our students.<\/p>\n
There is an opportunity to select and take \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>FREE of CHARGE<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 any books remaining after the 2016 Spring Book Sale, either for your classroom or for your personal use on Monday, March 21 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.\u00a0at the Charles E. Beatley Central Library, 5005 Duke Street, Alexandria.
