{"id":7239,"date":"2019-06-09T20:00:32","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T00:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.acpsk12.org\/staff\/?p=7239"},"modified":"2019-06-09T20:28:40","modified_gmt":"2019-06-10T00:28:40","slug":"attention-all-10-and-11-month-employees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.acpsk12.org\/staff\/attention-all-10-and-11-month-employees\/","title":{"rendered":"Attention All 10- and 11-month Employees!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention all 10- and 11-month employees! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please be advised that <\/span><b>June 20, 2019<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is the last date for making any changes to your summer payroll (7\/15, 7\/31, 8\/15, 8\/31) for any of the following deductions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Federal\/State taxes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct deposit accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TSA 403B and 457 contributions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EAA withholding<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Credit Union deductions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any changes to your summer mailing address should also be sent to HR or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/ess\">completed on ESS<\/a> by June 20 as well. Any changes made to your 403b and\/or 457 contribution during the periods of July and August will be reflected in your first payroll for the new 2019-20 school year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to make any of the above mentioned changes for the new 2019-20 school year, you may submit the new forms to payroll at any time during the new 2019-20 school year.
