This Standards Assessment Inventory (SAI) provides essential feedback on the professional development needs and preferences of teachers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following key findings were collected from 970 staff members across 17 schools:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Highest Ratings in Leadership <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leaders advocate for resources for professional learning (80% agreement)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leaders speak about the connection between professional learning and student achievement (78.4% agreement) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Lowest Ratings in the Category of Data<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessment of professional learning is determined before the learning plan is created (36.5% agreement)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional learning programs are continuously assessed to ensure quality results (39% agreement)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Top Three Topics for Professional Learning <\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interventions and differentiation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating an environment that supports risk-taking and reflection <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blended learning<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Top Three Types of Preferred Professional Learning Opportunities <\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time to observe another teacher <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional learning communities <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Independent study <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Survey results will be vital to developing professional learning programs at the school and division level.
