During Open Enrollment, employees may make changes to their health insurance plans and benefit selections that will go into effect on July 1.<\/p>\n<h3>Attend an Information Session<\/h3>\n<p>Please mark your calendar and save a date to attend an information session and learn about your options, including changes to offerings, and to get the information you need to choose the benefit plan that is right for you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Tuesday, April 30 \u2014 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/b><br \/>\nT.C. Williams High School King Street Campus Cafeteria<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Tuesday, May 7 \u2014 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/b><br \/>\nGeorge Washington Middle School Cafeteria<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Thursday, May 16 \u2014 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/b><br \/>\nCentral Office, School Board Room<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Wednesday, May 22 \u2014 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/b><br \/>\nFrancis C. Hammond Middle School Cafeteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During these information sessions, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to talk with Human Resources staff and benefit plan representatives. You\u2019ll get personalized attention and assistance with questions about benefits and the enrollment process.
