Each spring, schools and floors at Central Office engage in a little friendly competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This spring, we\u2019re focusing on habits: good habits to make and bad habits to break to improve health and wellness. During the first two weeks of April, we\u2019re inviting you to think about habits that aren\u2019t serving you well and would be good to break and habits that would serve you well, if you would only make them habits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The challenge kicks off on April 1, so start making your list now. And, all who finish with 10 or more points will be entered into a raffle for individual prizes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Buddy Up and Be a Champion<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being fit is more fun with a friend!
