{"id":5081,"date":"2018-06-10T20:00:05","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T00:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.acpsk12.org\/staff\/?p=5081"},"modified":"2018-06-11T00:17:14","modified_gmt":"2018-06-11T04:17:14","slug":"10-and-11-month-employees-summer-changes-in-deductions-or-address-due-by-june-20","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.acpsk12.org\/staff\/10-and-11-month-employees-summer-changes-in-deductions-or-address-due-by-june-20\/","title":{"rendered":"10- and 11-Month Employees: Summer Changes in Deductions or Address Due by June 20"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Please be advised that <strong>Wednesday,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>June 20<\/strong>\u00a0is the last day for 10- and 11-month employees to make changes to your summer payroll on July 15 and 31 and August 15 and 31 for any of the following deductions:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Federal and state\u00a0taxes<\/li>\n<li>Direct deposit\u00a0accounts<\/li>\n<li>TSA 403B and 457 retirement contributions<\/li>\n<li>EAA union contribution withholding<\/li>\n<li>Credit union deductions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p>Changes to your summer mailing address should also be completed on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/ess\">Employee Self Service (ESS)<\/a> or submitted to Human Resources by June 20.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>The deadline of June 20 is only applicable to the pay periods of July and August. If you wish to make any of the above-mentioned changes for the 2018-19 school year, you may submit the changes to payroll at any time during the\u00a02018-19 school year.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Changes made to your 403B and\/or 457 contributions during July and August will be reflected in your first payroll for the 2018-2019 school year.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Questions?
