The challenge was designed to encourage healthy eating, vigorous physical\u00a0activity\u00a0and good sleep habits. Each week participants faced a different challenge (nutrition, physical activity, hydration and sleep) and tracked their progress in the challenge log. And, the results are in &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Highest Level of Participation<\/h2>\n<p>Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center: 92%<br \/>\nPrize: Holds the spring challenge cup trophy for half the year<\/p>\n<h2>Highest Per-Participant Score<\/h2>\n<p>William Ramsay Elementary School: 24<br \/>\nPrize: Holds the spring challenge cup trophy for half the year<\/p>\n<h2>Highest Percentage of 20+ Scorers<\/h2>\n<p>Mount Vernon Community School:\u00a0 24% (East Side Winner)<br \/>\nPrize: Lunch catered on June 19<\/p>\n<p>John Adams Elementary School: 24% (West Side Winner)<br \/>\nPrize: Lunch catered on June 21<\/p>\n<h2>Central Office Department Winner<\/h2>\n<p>Fifth Floor: 68% of employees participated, 54% with 20 or more circles, 23 average score<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to all the winners and to all those who participated!<\/p>\n<p>The drawing for individual prizes for those with scores of 20+ also took place last month and prizes will be delivered to schools.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The results of the Spring Fitness Challenge are in.
