Instead of issuing paper copies, as has been done in the past, contracts and salary notification letters will be sent electronically to staff for signature.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The new program,<i>\u00a0Records<\/i>, is an add-on module to the existing TalentEd system, so licensed staff will be able to use the same login information established for the TalentEd evaluation system,\u00a0<i>Perform<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The implementation of the new process will be staggered. The new electronic distribution system will go into effect in the coming weeks for licensed staff only and will expand to all employees in the next fiscal year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This means that for this\u00a0year,\u00a0<b>licensed staff will receive contracts and salary\u00a0notification\u00a0letters electronically<\/b>\u00a0for signature.\u00a0<b>Support and administrative staff will receive paper copies this year<\/b>\u00a0and will transition to the new electronic system next year. \u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Additional details will be sent via email soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Improvements coming to the contract and salary notification process for licensed employees this year and all other staff next fiscal year.
