Transportation and food service employees will be provided with paper forms, which should be completed and returned to their supervisors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>All employees must declare intentions by January 31, 2017.<\/strong>\u00a0 While not binding, this information is vital for personnel planning and staffing.
