If not, it\u2019s time to take another look! ACPS-TV has evolved and we&#8217;ve relaunched with a fresh new look and feel, and new content.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Swagit Video Player\" src=\"\/\/media.swagit.com\/newplay\/?h=oflash.dfw.swagit.com&amp;a=live\/alexandriaschoolsva&amp;s=smil:hd-16x9-1-a\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>During the day, the new ACPS-TV offers a bulletin board format featuring news updates in English and Spanish, student and division produced video content, clips from student concerts and performances, upcoming events, menu items for the day, current weather and more.<\/p>\n<p>The updated bulletin board platform provides new opportunities to share student-generated content with our community. It airs \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/domain\/874\">EveryDay Titan<\/a>\u201d and \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/domain\/1016\">Mac-TV<\/a>,\u201d two student-produced daily morning shows from T.C. Williams High School and Douglas MacArthur Elementary School respectively. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/domain\/875\">Theogony<\/a>,\u201d the T.C. student newspaper, and the TV production classes at T.C. will collaborate on short video content for the bulletin board and longer-format video for evening programming.<\/p>\n<p>Each evening at 7 p.m., the station transitions to a full-screen format to stream school board and community meetings. It also airs Smithsonian science programming content, obtained from the Smithsonian Institution.<\/p>\n<p>As with the old version, the new ACPS-TV will display a crawl of emergency announcements and weather alerts when we are in emergency or weather situations.<\/p>\n<p>With its new format, ACPS-TV is now one more way you can stay up-to-date with ACPS. You can also subscribe to <a href=\"http:\/\/k12.us3.list-manage.com\/subscribe?u=c264d43033e4f4ca3b673bfc6&amp;id=343e386a8d\">ACPS Express and school-specific newsletters<\/a> and connect with us on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acps.k12.va.us\/domain\/1029\">social media<\/a>, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/acpsk12\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ACPSk12\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/acpsk12\/\">Instagram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/acpstv\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Take a look at the new ACPS-TV.
