Time is running out to have a say in the naming of the West End Elementary School!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the first time in 17 years Alexandria City has had the opportunity to name a new school. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your say! All recommendations need to be in writing – so submit your requests using the links below before January 3.<\/p>\n

Although the Naming Committee has received more than 160 recommendations, they are looking for more suggestions that are not connected to a specific person<\/strong><\/em>. They are also looking for names that are connected to Alexandria’s Latino population<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n
