As the theme was \u201cDrug Free Looks Like Me,\u201d both students displayed creativity in focusing on why students prefer being drug-free as it allows them to have a clear mind to make the right decisions, enjoy life and learn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to receiving a $100 gift card, the Red Ribbon Week winners\u2019 posters will be featured as part of the 2022 Red Ribbon Week campaign celebrated each October in communities across the nation. This drug prevention awareness campaign is an ideal way for people and communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This contest is hosted locally in collaboration with the ACPS Family and Community Engagement Center, the Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Alexandria, SCAN of Northern Virginia and the Mayor\u2019s Campaign to End Bullying.
