I disappeared for so long, and now I\u2019ve returned.<\/p>\n<p>The ones I always dreamed about meeting face to face stand before me. Happy to know I\u2019m safe and glad to see me well.<\/p>\n<p>I begin the slow sprint towards them.<\/p>\n<p>I can see the tears rolling down their cheeks as I get steadily closer. They begin to move towards me and my face lights up with happiness. I feel free at last, and I don\u2019t want this moment to end. I can\u2019t recall a moment where I\u2019ve been happier than I am now.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m getting closer to them.<\/p>\n<p>Every fine detail of the beautiful faces I\u2019ve long waited to gaze upon with my own eyes are visible. I can remember all of the hardships we\u2019ve been through together. It plays back in my mind like a movie and it\u2019s on constant repeat: all of the good and bad moments we share come rushing to me.<\/p>\n<p>They are in front of me.<\/p>\n<p>I hug them tightly and close my eyes, savoring the moment. \u201cI\u2019ll never leave again; I promise.\u201d We\u2019re finally together.
